HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

 1. Log in to your Account and create a return order by selecting the products and quantities you wish to return.

 2. Click on the PRINT RETURN LABEL button and attach the return label to the outside of the box. Please do not forget to remove all other labels.

 3. Arrange a collection at the nearest UPS access point (search here).

 4. On receipt of a return, refunds will be credited to the purchasers original method of payment. Please note that we will deduct the return shipping fee from the refund amount. If you purchased an item by selecting the payment on delivery method, we will deduct the return shipping costs from the refund amount. 

If your order was shipped outside the EU, we will not refund any taxes or customs duties. Please contact your local customs office to recover such costs.
